Delivery FAQs

We will ensure that our dishes are packed neatly in approved containers to ensure that the food stays warm and presentable, to our best ability.

  • The minimum order amount for delivery is $20.
  • Order $65 and above to enjoy free delivery! Limited period only.
  • Delivery menu prices differ from instore prices for us to provide our food and services islandwide.
  • No changes to orders will be accepted once payment is processed. For cancellations please write to catering@ptig.email or speak with an agent on the chat bot from 9am to 10pm daily.
  • Delivery charge is fixed at $5 islandwide, except Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island (flat $30 regardless of order amount).
  • Only local contact numbers will be accepted at the time of home delivery.
  • All other restaurant promotions will not be valid for delivery orders, unless stated otherwise. 
  • Delivery may take up to 60 minutes (90 minutes during peak times) from the time of order. Although we strive to deliver on time, the various factors involved in completing a delivery might affect the actual time of delivery and we seek your kind understanding.
  • For safety reasons, the company reserves the right to cancel all delivery orders in the event of severe weather conditions.
  • In order to execute our delivery orders, we have partnered with delivery couriers to complete the order successfully. Our respective delivery partners will be held responsible for any damage or mishandling of the food when served to your doorstep.
