The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to Little Caesars’ Pizza – “Good Things Come in Threes Campaign” (“Promotion”).

The Promotion will commence on 6 Jan 2020 and will end on 5 April 2020, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility - Promotion is only open to all individual Singapore citizens and residents of the Republic of Singapore who are (i) aged 18 and above as at the start of the Promotion Period (“Participant”)

Employees of PALM TREE FOODS PTE LTD (“PTF”), it’s subsidiaries and joint companies, their immediate family members, advertising agencies of PTF, any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the lucky draw are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

PTF has the sole direction to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

Participation in the Promotion - each Participant is entitled to the following chances via these channels:

Every $25 purchase in a single receipt/order entitles customer to 2 chances (customer must agree to accept marketing emails).

Singtel Special Collaboration

Every purchase of $20 instore or $25 via ecommerce site applies for 3 chances. Special code generated by Singtel will be provided as verification for ecommerce purchases.

 To participate, Participants must fulfill the above conditions as well as:

  • Complete the ticket stub of each Lucky Draw Slip (“SLIP”) and drop the Slip into the designated lucky draw box at each store
  • Place an order via the ecommerce site and agree to accept marketing emails.
  • Show proof of Singtel subscription (instore – by flashing mobile phone) or use the special code generated by Singtel for ecommerce purchases
  • Purchase amount is NETT (after discounts, if any).

by the last day of the Promotion Period prior to closing hours or by 9pm via ecommerce site.

Any entry or order submitted after the Promotion Period shall be considered invalid and will not be entertained.

All details and particulars submitted must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegal entries will be disqualified.

Conduct of Lucky Draw and Prizes - will be held at PTF’s Home Office  1003 Bukit Merah Central, #05-25 Singapore 159836 on 1 May 2020 at 3pm.

 There will be 30 winners (“Winner”) drawn.

  • First prize winner will receive a paid vacation private villa stay in Bali for 4 persons for maximum value of SGD 2,200(flight and accommodation only)
  • Second prize winner will receive a paid cruise for 4 to Malacca, maximum value of SGD 1,200 (cabin stay only)
  • Third Prize winner will receive 2D1N Staycation at Resorts World Singapore for 4, up to a value of SGD850 only (inclusive of attraction tickets).
  • Fourth & Fifth Prize Winners will receive an iPad 10.2inch tablet, maximum value of SGD450.
  • 5 Pre-Consolation Winners of SGD200 Cash each (payable by crossed check to winner).
  • 20 Consolation prizes of SGD25 digital dining vouchers (redeemable only on Ecommerce Site).

Prize Collection

The Winners will be notified by the email address indicated on the Slip or Ecommerce site orders. A redemption letter will be sent to the Winners via the e-­mail address indicated.

The Prize is not transferrable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.

PTF reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes of similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without notice to the Participants and/or Winners.

The Winners must produce their NRIC/passport and a printed copy of the redemption letter for verification to claim their prizes from PTF’s Home Office  1003 Bukit Merah Central, #05-25 Singapore 159836 from Mondays to Friday, between 9am to 6pm (except lunch hours of 12pm to 2pm).

Any Prize that remains unclaimed after 3 months from the Lucky Draw date shall be forfeited without any liability to PTF.


By participating in the Promotion, the Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that PTF may issue from time to time.

The participant is also agreeable to PTF sending marketing and promotional news and updates on a regular basis, with the option to opt out at any time from mailing list.

PTF shall not be liable to any persons in the Promotion for any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Promotion.

PTF reserves the right to video, photograph and/or record the Promotion, and publish any Participants’ images and details for the purpose relating to the publicity of the Promotion without having to pay any fee or compensation to the Participants.

PTF reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion and to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the Participants. The decision of PTF on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

A Participant shall fully indemnify and hold PTF harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost, liability or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, which PTF incurs in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Participant’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English version and other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, including the validity and enforce-ability thereof.
